About Dan Eaton Band:
Rochester foodies know Dan Eaton from his days as head chef at the Brasserie, Pearl, and Max. More know him now as the host of TWCable's “Cooking at Home” features. A growing fan base has come to know that he’s been writing songs the majority of his life. Like the food he cooks, Eaton’s songs have a rooted quality, sounding like classics the minute you hear them. People throw around Neil Young comparisons, but Eaton’s music is his own. In the words of City Newspaper's Frank DeBlase, "This is pure, insightful Americana that tells a story of the blue collar blues. Who knows, it might be your story in there as well. You're cooking at home, he's Dan Eaton.
